 
 Van Gogh was being transported to the Northeast, but the Rescue bailed. He is staying in one of our foster homes and she said he is an amazing dog. He is quite small and needs some groceries! Very loving and loves to cuddle. Martha (the foster) is full, but is keeping him there to keep him safe. Her phone is 803-628-6000. She will return your call if you can help.
